It’s often a good idea to buy solid and well made used items rather than brand new ones. Our area has an active antiques and collectibles market. Auctions, garage sales, flea markets and estate sales are alternative ways to buy and sell used goods of this kind. They are listed regularly in the classified sections of newspapers and even here on the materials exchange.
