Baby wipes and other personal hygiene wipes are solid waste and should be disposed of with other garbage taken to landfill.
Never flush wipes, including those marked “flushable.” because they may cause blockages and back-ups in plumbing drains, and/or may cause blockages and overflows.
Wipes labeled “flushable.” have not been found to break down sufficiently into small pieces (like toilet paper does) when they are put in water (or into a sewer).
