Do not put in the recycling cart.

Broken glass is hazardous to the collection staff, so it must be disposed of separately. 

To dispose of broken glass items, place inside a cardboard box, or other suitable puncture resistant, non-leaking container. When ready for disposal, close and seal container and label as “Broken Glass”. Place in your garbage, or take the item(s) directly to the dumpster.
