Steel and aluminum food and beverage containers (including coffee cans, metal cookie tins, candy tins or biscuit tins) can be recycled in your curbside recycling container or taken to the Transfer Station.

Food cans should be rinsed. If the lids are not still attached, put them inside the can and pinch the tops shut to keep them contained - to protect the collection staff from the sharp edges.
