Carburetor cleaner contains chlorinated hydrocarbons which may be flammable and are harmful or fatal if swallowed. Carburetor cleaner should be disposed of as a hazardous waste.

Take to the Hazardous Waste facility.

If empty, and to keep it out of landfill, it can be taken to a scrap metal dealer to salvage the metal.
