If the blinds are still usable:

  • List them on a classified ad or material exchange site (even if not working, someone can use the material portion to stop weeds between garden rows...better than it rotting in landfill)
  • Sell or give away at a yard sale
  • Donate to a thrift store
  • Give to friend or relative

If no longer usable take to the Transfer Station. The metal parts can go for scrap metal.
