Bubble wrap is most often formed from polyethylene (LDPE) film, but with a shaped side bonded to a flat side to form air bubbles.  .

It can not be recycled in the curbside bin.

You can recycle bubble wrap, grocery bags, bread bags, dry-cleaning bags and the small bags that protect your newspaper at some grocery stores.
